          Obviously lol. He might even be better. He just plays like him. If you watch them both in shootouts they look identical

          I hear Gaudreau would be a good comparison for Madden, but that might just be because they are small speedy forwards ,

          Don't look now, but Sam Fagemo's SHL per-game numbers look a lot like Hornqvist's Elitserien numbers.

          He's in LTIR not IR. LTIR players are already proven for the most part and not apart of this ACGM.

          Yeah if Turcott, Kaliyev, and Byfield/Stutzle pan out I honestly think the Kings are locked as contenders in 4 years. Anaheim might be a 1st round team by that point. They already have a good pipeline.

          I think for the most part they’re all within the vicinity, but there’s a couple I’d adjust:

          Gabe Vilardi -> Mark Stone
          Tobias Bjornfot -> Hampus Lindholm
          Samuel Fagemo -> Tyler Toffoli
          Akil Thomas -> David Krejci
          Tyler Madden -> Brock Boeser
          JAD -> RNH

          It’s worth noting that these are more stylistic comparisons than they are actual projections. I don’t like to sit down and debate actual projections because chances are decent you won’t be correct with them.

          Interesting style comparisons! I remember when Vilardi was drafted they were comparing him to Jason Allison😳

          Turcotte could play Adam Deadmarsh and we'd have to find a Palffy comparison then have an LAPD line reborn!

          Would be far from the weirdest comparison I’ve seen in recent years. I still remember in 2016 when they announced Matthew Tkachuk’s draft comparable as Rob Gronkowski 😅

          I had to say comparison as opposed to projection because I don’t think Thomas becomes the next Krejci, nor do I think Madden or Anderson-Dolan quite reach the same levels as the players I compared them to either. But hey, always open to be surprised there.
