Why Montréal fans?

Natural candidate to replace GMMB if he's canned or decides not to return.

It is believed the Senators tabled an 8x8 contract to Brady Tkachuk. The structure remains in discussion. Also appears that bonus money is the main issue. - Bruce Garrioch
It is believed that Zibanejad is asking for $10M while Rangers prefer $7-9M - Mollie Walker

Luke Fox Estimates
Pulock's AAV will be between 6.75-7.5M.
Malkin could get as little as $4M on next contract
Barkov is expected to get $10M-11M x 8

Pulock 7.25 x 8 🙏

Panthers got 14mill in cap space so if we go 10-11 they got 4-3mill left to sign 7 more players. Got to think a cap dump (not Bobrosky) is gonna happen unless Barkov says yeah im out.

Malkin at 4mill makes sense as then Pittsburgh can actually be a threat in free agency. Cause with him taking a big discount they can peruse Barkov or Zibanajad to be their new 2c

How can another team’s GM be a candidate for a job that isn’t even open? Of course Brisebois is many, many years away from losing his job. He just won back-to-back cups. And why Montréal specifically? I mean a team like Vancouver that has a more realistic possibility of firing their GM makes more sense than Montréal.

Brisebois being French doesn’t make him expendable for the Lightning and it doesn’t open Montréal’s GM job. Can someone tell me the last time a GM switched teams as a free agent without getting fired? (Like Barry Trotz did I’m 2018)

Raty never sucked, he made it seem so to not get drafted by Buffalo.

The guy is one step above everyone else.

lol right. I thought he should have gone in the 15-18 range. I think he’ll be a solid 2nd line center.

There was no reason Raty should have even left the first round. I mean I didn’t think Raty should go inside of 15 but…

These GM’s/ scouts man……..TYLER BOUCHER WENT 10TH OA😬

Oilers top 6 with top D pair vs. Seattle AHL squad with some vets

If they lose Edmonton should be embarrassed

His play driving numbers were solid in karpat and his iSF/60 ranked among the best in the league. He just had an unlucky on ice S%. He linemates couldn’t finish the chances he created and he also struggled to finish. He’s due for positive regression this season. I don’t think he has the upside of a number 1 center but you take a guy who you can safely project as a 2nd line center in the 15-20 range

Pierre McGuire ladies and gentlemen, ruining the ottawa senators.

Raty even being had at 25 would have been a steal tbh

I know its preseason but Seattle decides to go full force against Vancouver's AHL squad with Boeser but lets let their AHL team go up against Mcdavid and Draisaitl lul.

McDavid and Draisaitl will steamroll their NHL team anyway

People said the same thing about them going up against that Winnipeg Dcore last season

They met a broom instead lul

In all seriousness if Seattle fielded the unit they put against Vancouver it would be a more even game. But nope AHL guys with Oleksiak and Dunn

You guys agree with the NHL Network's top 10 players list?
10. Marchand
9. Panarin
8. Hedman
7. Vasilevsky
6. Matthews
5. Crosby
4. Kucherov
3. Draisaitl
2. Mackinnon
1. McDavid

I can think of multiple guys who deserve to be on there way more than Marchand

They probably could have had Boucher in the 2nd round. Reminds me of when the isles took Simon holmstrom in the 1st round. Huge reach

It's so close that it'd depend on the situation. I could take Panarin out for Makar in though.
