Honestly believe the Blackhawks should be reprehended further; like losing a number of picks. A 2 million dollar fine is absolutely nothing. The perpetrators even having the potential to return to the league is embarrassing. Crack down on this by dropping the hammer hard on these pricks. Wouldn't say it's a stretch that doing something about it when it arose could've prevented the later incident.

Nah, I don't think today's staff (which, in a large part, arrived after the events of 2010) should pay for something they have nothing to do with. Same goes with the players.

Bowman was literally the gm up until this morning and was literally apart of the rape “knowledge circle” and denied everything until it came out today. As an organization there should be punishment regardless of the date as part of the perpetrators were employed less than 24 hrs ago while they full well knew of the rape.
