you wont even get a 4th rd pick for primeau at this point and neither does it make sense for mtl to make that trade. and theres something called a cap. the rangers have a cap too. search that up

Most of those trades get a no from the other teams. Dallas says yes, if they think they're a contender this year (Kulak would be a rental).
