Values are good on all the trades except the last one. How on earth do the Jets add to Dubois for a magic bean? Crazy. Man people overvalue draft picks.

Plus I doubt the Islanders do it even though value is close. They're old enough already.

I guess the Islanders would do this if the goal is to create an even bigger PR nightmare. Terrible offer by Winnipeg. But I watched Lou trade a 2nd for Andy Greene and then he turned around and traded Devon Toews for two 2nds. So I wouldn’t even blink at this point. I am numb to the pain lol.

MTL would definitly hang up on Winnipeg.

Wright is worth more than Dubois.

Not sending a second overall for a 28yr with two years left.

Really over rate the value of Jets players. Isn't it kinda ridiculous that the Jets get the first overall pick for Dubois, who was 49th in points per game fo centres. But the Jets can sign UFA Kadri.
Habs would thousand times better just signing Kadri.....

And Mercer!

The youngest team in the league won’t be trading away two core pieces for an aging goalie with short term left, no matter how good he is

Way off base here on the trades. If the jets players were actually good enough to warrant those returns, they would have been a much better team this year

Jets don’t need to rebuild, it’s as simple as that. Shake up the core a bit by adding a #2 right hand defenseman to play with jmo, get ride of some toxicity with Scheif and by demoting Wheeler to a non leadership role, plus you add a nice coaching staff with defensive structure (hopefully Trotz) and I think this team gets back to where it wants to be.

You overvalue the Jets and their assets on every single trade.

Barzal is better than Scheifele and he's not a religious loon driving everyone out of town.

1OA is more valuable than a 60-pt C.

We traded a 4th for Andy Greene, but that’s neither here nor there

They traded the Behrens pick to NJ for Greene.

We could re-sign Alex Edler for less than Brenden Dillon's cap hit, and we would probably get the same results without having to expend assets to acquire Dillon. If we did want to acquire Dillon, I think the interest wouldn't be more than one third-round draft pick for him.
