As Kucherov said, their finals were against Vegas.

No offense to Habs fans, but the real final last year (And by far the best series of the '21 SCP) was Lightning-Isles. It had EVERYTHING-from Pulock's game-saving Game 4 stop on McDonagh, to the 8-0 Game 5 demolition, to the Beauvillier OT winner to keep the Isles alive in Game 6, to the first Game 7 in the history of the league to end 1-0 on a SHG (Gourde), and of course the patented Vasi series clinching shutout. That was just a heck of a series.

One more series for the Cup and the three-peat baby!!!!

When was the last time two high profile favorites made it to the SCF? I think we're set for a good one.

So will Maroon win his 4th consecutive Stanley Cup or will Perry lose his 3rd consecutive Stanley Cup Final?

I agree 100%. But I think the Cup final THIS YEAR will top that in terms of drama.

And this year there were no chokers either. We actually have the best teams from each conference in the finals.

I, for one, certainly hope for the former smile

Now that it’s been brought up; what a hell of a series/ rivalry the Islanders and Tampa had going.

From my POV, those were our 2 most intense series over the past 3 seasons. I'm kinda glad we didn't have to play them again 😅
