Bratt is not worth 2 top ten picks.

Bratt isn't netting a top ten pick plus, let alone a top ten pick.

Just cause Boucher was taken 10th overall doesn’t mean he’s got that value

        That may be.

But he was still drafted 10th overall.

Devils shouldn't consider any of these.
Bratt's pretty much elite, have to keep him at all costs.

The devils should be ashamed of themselves if they trade Bratt and the best prospect they get back is Tyler Buster

The senators should be ashamed of themselves if they give away Top 10 picks like Halloween candy.

Don’t be ridiculous, that’s like saying Nail Yakupov still has value because he was a first overall pick. I don’t care that he was a top 10 pick, he BARELY produced at a .5 PPG clip in the f*cking OHL. There will be newly draft-eligible players who produce better than that this year and won’t get drafted. I wouldn’t trade a 4th for Boucher. He’s merely a throw in in a trade for Bratt

It doesn’t matter that the Sens picked him top 10, his market value is probably a 4th rd pick because he had a brutal D+1 season. He has less than a 50% chance of making the NHL. Take what you can get for him.

It is 2 top ten picks because we made the decision to take Boucher at #10 last year.

Yakupov was taken 1st overall ten years ago.

Boucher was taken 10th overall last year.

        Big difference.

You and everybody else here are overlooking the fact that Ottawa is also giving up the #7 pick.

I wouldn't even spend it on Fiala.

Just because he was taken 10th last year doesn't make his value a top 10 pick. My goodness. His value surely hasn’t stayed as a top 10 pick after the awful season he had this year. The reality is your GM made an awful reach of a pick and he’s nowhere near top 10 pick value. That’s the reality.

Bratt is younger and better than Fiala. Whoever is picked at 7 will likely never be as good as bratt
