I think you should make it significantly less favored for the Islanders. Pinto is worth much more than a 2nd and Kubalik is hardly a cap dump

That is not enough for Ottawa to consider. Kubalik is easily worth a 3rd (should be more around deadline though). Pinto would be worth a protected 1st and a prospect.

Buffalo also has a lot of forwards already. I don't see them making any trades unless it's for a serious upgrade.

This looks great for the islanders. But not for the other 2 teams.

Buffalo has no need to do that and that’s a huge underpayment for the Sens

Actually…. Those are both PERFECT ANSWERS as far as Buffalo is concerned

1- we won’t have ANY INTEREST in any of the pieces you’re sending us- none whatsoever

2- we aren’t trading Peterka- VERY UNLIKELY


Basically, this trade just doesn’t help us
Keep your “garbage”
*yes, i know they aren’t really “garbage” but they’re also nowhere near the quality of pieces we’d be looking to acquire
And the Pageau contract is a 100% “no” for us to take on

ZERO CHANCE this gets done pal

Why only a second for pinto and Kubalik? You’d have to add considerably but I don’t think NYI have the correct assets to make it work.

You get an F on perceived value. Pinto alone is worth a 1st +, Kubalik is a 2nd or 3rd.

Your value to ottawa is beyond abysmal and you should be ashamed

Nothing in that Islanders trade is remotely close to being worth JJ Peterka. We don't need forward prospects, we don't need 1sts. Pageau could interest me but we have a plethora of centres. Something like Olofsson, Krebs, and a mid pick for Pageau could make sense but the franchise loves Krebs and doubt he gets moved
