Speed to burn, some transition skill (which Kampf desperately needs on his wings - legitimately useless without it), defensively responsible, decently gritty, some offensive touch...

Its so horrifying that this kind of stuff keeps happening in the league. The culture enables it. The fact it happened under Harold Ballard all those years ago and is STILL happening as recent as the early 2010s is horrifying. Something needs to give, we cant keep enabling a culture that hurts its players so badly.
