Put aside the decision to decline Gauthier for Xhekaj…(or whether that ever happened or not)…

Why do so many “rejected trades” leak out of Montreal? Either Kent doesn’t have control of his operation…or he is authorizing the leaks (and inviting questions into his decision making). Either way, he looks like a buffoon.
