No, nobody needs to post their non waiver eligible players that they are sending down anywhere. I think after the first couple people who did it have confused a few people

"Hey, everyone else was doing it..."

I saw others doing it and it's not a big deal. Not going to say it was anyone else's fault, but that's the only reason i did it. I got confused why so many people were doing it. But it's not a problem so why not?

The issue is that so many people were doing it that they were making other people, like you, think that they had to and then so many people where doing it that it that the general discussion thread was turned into the "totally unimportant team messages" thread, lol

Sure you can discuss, just no trade posts / roster moves. The point is to freeze opening night rosters so we can have a day to rank teams for waiver priority.

Yes, but our rosters are drastically different from IRL. Hence the rankings based on how current in-game teams would look at the end of last season.

Since regardless if MTL signed Tavares in free-agency they would still sit 3rd in waiver priority.
The off-season isn't taken into account for waiver priority.
And we all started are rosters, right before free-agency. So it should be the same as the real life.

I agree. It should be based on last season.

IRL, does it change during the season, based on standings? Or does it always go by standings from the year before? Because if it changes during the season, we could go by the rosters we have for the others months, but pre-season waivers should be based on last season if you ask me.

In real life, it is based on end of previous seasons standings.
It also lasts the entire season.

Our rosters change much more drastically than IRL. We're going to do it based on the latest condition of the team. May not be indicative of how it's done IRL, but if anything, this should be more fair / cater to the bad teams.
