FC Hockey has there Mock Draft Sim up. Would love for this to happen, although IF the Leafs keep their 1st, I see a Dubas trade back special to gain an extra pick.

Ooh, they changed it from 2021 to 2022 nice, that does seem like a good draft with 3 picks judging by their average draft ranking projection and my rankings ( haven’t scouted Warren though )

Can’t wait to watch him in the Olympics, also how Ho-Sang performs. A strong showing for Josh could get him an NHL deal once he comes back should they Leafs be able to clear some cap space.

In Scott Wheeler’s prospect pool ranking. CBJ has gone from 31 to 27 to 6 in 3 years, if that doesn’t show how good Jarmo has done after they went all in, idk what does

That Cole Sillinger pick was fire. He's 18 YO and has 15 points in 40 games. Absolutely insane.

The Jackets went all in for the 2019 playoffs, only having 3 picks in 2019, 5 picks in 2020, and 9 in 2021.

It’s pretty remarkable what they have done.

With Scott probs being done maybe we sign him and either bring up Woll or Kallagren to be the backup Campbell

Just some hypotheticals as I think if we didnt have so many goalies he would be a Marlie/Growler rn. But then again we have very serious interest in OHL goalie Guzda so maybe he ends up somewhere else.

Is putting up 25 goals , 50 pts in 30 games impressive for a 20 YO in the QMJHL? I don't know what to make of William Dufour's (2020 NYI 5th round) production.

Kind of, not really, I mean, he's what like a 4th-year Q player, depending on how good his team is and what type of player he is, it's not exactly amazing. He's getting outplayed by Josh Roy who just got drafted and Jordan Dumais ( 2022 draft-eligible ) is right behind him

Not in the sense that it means too much. Obviously it's better than bad production, and is of course an impressive achievement in it's own right, but a lot of guys produce like that at that age and don't amount to much.

Yeah, pretty much, good junior stats just mean that you're not bad and could have a career elsewhere, whether it's the ECHL, Europe, AHL, NHL, etc

What would the hockey world do if Bedard committed to Michigan 😂 that would be some team. Fantilli and Bedard on the same team! Bedard is the next Crosby, I don't think he's going to be as fast as McDavid, his hands might be but I think he's going to be just better than everyone like Crosby. Similar size as well...
