Not including the scandal this season has been a mess a 1-9-2 start Colliton was finally fired and Derek King seems to have things under control now, this team has pretty much gone from complete awful to inconsistent now I have to hope we take the next jump from inconsistent to the team I hoped we’d be before the season if not at least we know that Derek King is someone we hire full time.

I think for all of the hockey world, we want that 1st to be 3 OA just to make the trade even worse, so keep being inconsistent please

Hmm, another example of why Trotz should be gone ( unless there's a valid reason we don't know about )

In an ideal world Trotz would love to scratch Bellows (3 pts in his last 4 games) or Wahlstrom (6 pts in his last 4 games), but he obviously can’t justify doing that right now.

Beauvillier is the only other young forward he can scapegoat. Beauvillier hasn’t been producing as much but a bad Beauvillier is still 10x better than Johnston or Parise

Hey, Lehky's been one of our best players this year ( which admittedly isn't much considering we suck ) and would probably be great under Trotz since he's a perfect checking line player

I would say Beauvillier is just a more skilled version of Lehkonen. So yeah Lehkonen would be great under Trotz but they’d be downgrading big time by trading Beauvillier for him

Ross Johnston is a Swiss Army knife. He can play up and down any Barry Trotz lineup. On a non Barry Trotz coached team he can play up and down the lineup as well …. In the AHL.

Imagine if Jarome Iginlas son gets drafted by Calgary, Jarome gives his son permission to wear his #12 and Tij has a number retirement worthy Career. What would happen? Would they have 2 banners with Iginla #12 in the rafters?

ECHL* - Not even being sarcastic I don't think there's a difference between Ross Johnston and the grinder at your local beer league. Johnston hit the lottery.

i'd assume it would look something like J. Iginla #12 and T. Iginla #12
