Where does Scheifele play? Does Nelson move to LW. Is the fit even there?

This would be terrible for the islanders. Pulock is 1/2 of the best offensive weapon the isles have. This trade wouldn’t make the isles a better team.

Adding Barzal would cost the Jets quite a bit more…NYI would likely want Ehlers or something of similar value

Is there any way to make it palatable from an Isles perspective… how about DeMelo instead of Stanley

I’d say Pulock is pretty close to untouchable , he’s a #1 D on a below market value contract , but let’s say they were interested in moving him, scheifele would be of no interest to the isles. They’d want Ehlers or Perfetti as part of the return

That would split the Jets fans… a third would want to keep Ehlers, a third would want to keep Perfetti, and the remaining third would want to keep them both

If it were up to me, I would consider Pulock + 2022 2nd + 2023 3rd for Ehlers and Heinola .
