I am very confident he has an NHL future. Looked great in his draft year and was on a 2nd pair trajectory until he suffered a season ending injury. He’s like a more physical Girard

Maybe, but I think that Fiala and DeBrincat set the market in such a way that really puts a cap on the return for a star winger.

Ah, but you forget that Fiala is 5’10” and DeBrincat is 5’7”. Tkachuk is 6’2”, is significantly better than both of those guys at both ends of the ice, and is named Tkachuk.

He was with the Bruins, he drafted Kessel, Lucic & Marchand and then went to LA and drafted Doughty, Schenn, Voynov. All big contributors on BOS & LAK cup runs, or were traded as main pieces for other main contributors (Seguin & Schenn).
