No way jackets are trading Jenner, they pass.
Tbh as a leaf’s fan I do not want domi. I want a guy like oreilly, or Kane or some top 6 forward that’s gonna help us make it past the first round. I don’t need domi, he isn’t gonna help the leafs

Jenner isn't getting traded and that's way too much for Domi

Two sins simultaneously - an attempt to poach Jenner and an attempt to send Kerfoot to the Jackets. The answer to this one should have been obvious before it was ever published.

-Columbus isn't trading their captain, who's been productive (22 pts in 30 GP this year) and is relatively affordable going forward(3x$3.75M left) for a pair of pending UFAs and a pair of later picks. This deal is hilariously bad for the Jackets - even if they wanted to move on from their older players to fully rebuild, what value are you giving them here? Two dudes that are gone on July 1st, a pick that's probably in the 70-75 range, and a 7th rounder? No way.

-Chicago, meanwhile, will drive Max Domi to your doorstep if you're going to give up this much *and* not ask for any retention. I'm not as down on Domi as some others might be, but I think a 3rd and a lottery ticket prospect (think Ryan Tverberg level) would be more than enough to get Chicago to send him to you with a $1.5M cap hit.

Maybe the Leafs fans will listen to you, because they don't listen to us. They just get condescending because obviously Columbus fans should just leave hockey to the grownups.

That's more than Columbus got for Domi last year double-retained, so it's a great deal.

It is very very very funny every time another fan base says leafs fans are condescending

Leafs aren't trading a 20m plus Dman in Holl and not getting one in return. Jenner is nice but really not needed. Not saying the CBJ do the trade(they obviously don't), but how is losing Kerfoot and Holl and getting Jenner helps the Leafs this season?

In this case, it's also true. I don't doubt that Leafs fans take a lot of crap from various other fanbases, but by and large we don't pull that crap and so don't appreciate it being taken out on us.
