I mean the Habs cup run was the team getting hot at just the right time, then they got absolutely wrecked by injuries

I simultaneously want Matt Tkachuk to carry his team one more game and then stir **** up for nonstop Tsn drama in a leaf series, but I also want to see the Leaves and Bruins have one last series for funsies.

Worst case scenario is a good outcome.

I'm pulling for Florida and Seattle today. Would love to see some underdogs make it through, so it's not just all of the 1 and 2 seeds in the next round.

My picks:

Boston shouldn't choke this game away at TD Garden. That being said, they have failed to close in similar situations before. Factor that in or don't.
I'll go with Florida tonight who's riding on cloud 9. Cause why not. Bobrovsky stands on his head and saves 40+
Florida 5-3

Seattle scores first for the 7th game of the series. They hang in the game and don't go quietly into the night, but the avs big boys are too much. Mack, Mikko and Makar drag the avs to a 4-3 win.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a rule where if a player gets high-sticked on a follow-through from a shot, it's no penalty?

If so, IMO that's a terrible rule
