I think Kadri's contract would mess the cap up too much, but if they were to add another center, it would allow the Isles to run out a top line of Nelson-Horvat-Barzal which would probably be a ****ing awesome line.

Pens could just re-sign Zucker at a similar price and not have to waste a 1st.

Whatever, it was my first go at this and I'm probably living in the fantasy land of EA sports to be honest... that's just the kind of roster I feel we need. We don't really have a solidified top line and it really showed on the scoreboard this year. I'll keep trying, I was also kind of rushing it. I was trying to be as realistic with the trades as there are so many NMC's on the team and I don't exactly know their lists of teams they would want to go to. Not everyone just wants to be closer to home. I feel like we would definitely have to give more for that Hischier trade, but I get they wouldn't make a trade like that. We'd probably have to give up someone like Coronato. I don't like Kadri though so I'll look at other teams for him. Edit: I have made some changes and taken the trades back... Still working on the team.

I like your Trade targets. Another Guy on DAL I like, is Ty Dellandrea, but until we have a clear replacement for Toffoli and/or it turns out he’ll be too much to re-sign, I’m hesitant to move him, especially if Sutter remains behind the bench. Something like Toffoli for Dellandrea + Hakanpaa would fill 2 needs and save us a ton of Cap Space for sure though

My target in exchange for Hanifin would be Sam Reinhart who would be a Toffoli replacement for sure and can both play Centre and is better than Strome as well

Yeah I don't want to remove him either as he also does like playing for Sutter. So it depends on what happens with Sutter as a head coach. I was just trying not to trade as many NMC's but it's difficult with so many on the team. I'm working on another roster though... feedback I find on all sports platforms is always going to be negative because everyone thinks you need to agree with them, and cheer for their team etc. I'm working on a new roster. Might spend more time on it though.... didn't mean to multi quote lol.. getting used to this

Washington just extended Strome, so I can't see a world in which they immediately move on from him to add another defenseman, especially when Fehervary+Sandin+Alexeyev all need playing time on the left side.
