I wouldn’t consider any of this (even if Kulich is a great player)

Only way I would consider that trade as the Buffalo GM is if that pick I'm getting is Macklin.

Buffalo fans act like Kulich is Jack Eichel... He's not...

Not sure the Sabres are interested in young(er) d-men. And I'm not so sure they're gonna move Kulich after putting a lot of time into his development with (probably) a third line spot for him to take control of.

He’s a stud. Future first liner but I don’t see the point of moving potentially Demidov for him

LA doesn't do that Deal

MTL does that deal if they drop to 7th and Buffalo is around the 10-12 mark. Buffalo only does it if MTL are 5th overall and someone they like drops. So I don't think either team does it

If he's a future first line player, is Roy a future first line player as well? What makes Kulich a first line player? His play in the WJC? His play in the AHL?

What has he "proven" at this point? FWIW: These are genuine questions, I'm not saying he's not, I just don't understand why everyone is so sure he is.

And Habs fans act like Justin Barron is drew Doughty, even as he was playing in the ahl at age 22

Kulivh dominate everywhere he played. Roy was great everywhere, but wasn’t the powerhouse Kulich is

Lmao. Barron is the most hated habs prospect. I’m like the only one who actually believe he has top 4 potential

MTL shouldn’t want PLD and it’s just silly to think that a team is going to retain on a contract for 7 years.

I mean, Kulich haved relatively the same type of season in the AHL.

The problem is peoples are acting like he is a top 10 prospects in the league when he is really not.....

I think he has top 4 potential too. Dmen take longer to develop, and hockey fans have forgotten not every player hits their potential by the time they are 21

2 seasons of less than 1.0 PPG in the AHL... Not what I'd call a "powerhouse"...

The problem is Barron is that he is very nonchalant on his play. He needs more constancy.

I don't recall ever making such a comparison. So you think Kulich is better than most of the top 10 in the 2024 draft other than Macklin?

That’s called maturity and it takes some guys longer than others and some never get it, but the kids got lots of physical tools that can’t be taught. I would take him back in COL in heart beat.

I also forget to mention that Montreal have a strong young defensive core : Guhle, Reinbacher, Hutson and Mailloux are all over Barron in my opinion.

Barron have some value, but I'm sure that they will gonna use it for a young top-6 foward.

So the Canucks get a 3-0 lead in the Stanley Cup Final. Then they tank for 3 games, taking game 7 past June 23rd forcing the Kings to make the more expensive buyout.

That's a comical offer for Carolina. A Hobey Baker finalist for someone that's going to start next season in the AHL... comical

Soooo LAK pays a 1st to eat $8M x 3 for Anderson and $2.5M for 4 years after that, rather than just buy PLD out and eat $3.8M at most, and keep their 1st?

What do you think…
