Backstrom was probably one of the best playmakers in his prime, and one of the most underrated players back in the day. Ovi was like he is now, scoring goals, except he was more dynamic back then compared to right now.

He was, but today he stayed on the ice longer than anyone else, which is usually what scratches do.

Ehh, that's normal, i feel like i posted a lot at the start and it slowed down, i will say posting a lot can be taken as a want of attention but i feel like it should be taken more as a want of social interaction

I just want social interaction. Hockey is one of my favorite things in the world and I want just to talk about. I do got to admit I get of topic sometimes which I will try to stop doing

I love talking about hockey except I don't actually watch it since I'm the only one interested in my family. Anything Habs, hockey of the past or prospect-related i can deliver an accurate take on though

Fitz has only 1 player that he drafted on the Devils roster (Mercer)
But if we're talking about players who were drafted by the Devils on the roster, Devils have 12 (Hughes, HIschier, Zacha, Sharangovich, Mercer, McLeod, Bratt, Studenic, Smith, Severson, Blackwood, Wedgewood)

IMO it’s better than the current Leafs. McDavid+Pastrnak > Matthews+Nylander. Rantanen+Kopitar > Marner+Tavares. So forwards are much better. D is the same, if not slightly worse. Goaltending is very similar, down to the fact that both teams have very good backups who are injury-prone.
