Umm, no, this isn't anything like what our team will look like next year. For one thing, Adrian Kempe and Mikey Anderson will take prominent places in the top strata. For another, why in the world would we want to have anything to do with Cody Eakin? For another, Rasmus Dahlin won't come that cheap.

I’m sorry but anyone who is saying “starts with Byfield” you are crazy. No way the kings would trade a possible star center for a underperforming dman

Doesn't seem so bad in the AHL, I think he was rushed a little and should have played more in the NCAA but he is a quality prospect and nothing to sneeze about.

There could be a case for adding a pick swap in there so that Sabres receive the better pick in the 23' 1st round.

Also, I don't think Sabres should trade Dahlin, just brainstorming what a potential trade would have to start at.

Yeah another 1st could help or a pick swap where BUF would get the better pick.

Maybe some other pieces, Vilardi could be added to and maybe LAK could take some cap?....

I think the Eichel deal is probably a realistic comparison for a trade. I think Turcotte, 1st, and a 2nd is a good starting point, but probably not enough. Would need to throw in a quality young roster player like Kempe.

Tuch = Kempe
Krebs = Turcotte or Vilardi
1st = 1st
2nd = 2nd

I think expecting any more than that is unrealistic and just another way of saying that Buffalo has no intention of trading Dahlin.
