I didn’t know “realistic” meant “other teams overpay” … yikes on a few of these deals.

These are not that realistic. Edm pays more for Dvorak than the Canadiens did imo. Rangers decline, Lekhonen is not worth 2 first round prospects.

BOS has no use for 4th liner, not even for playoff depth

Why is it realistic that Edmonton would have any interest in Dvorak? Ignoring the cost to acquire generally curious why Edmonton would target him.

Kravtsov is for sure NOT worth a 1st round pick, more around a 2nd, while Habs pay a 3rd along with lehkonen. Think a bit more before comment incorrectly

Right now derek Ryan / Ryan mcleod are in 3rd line center spot, Dvorak would fit really well there.

Washington gives up the 2 most valuable pieces, NYR giving up way too much, Edmonton giving too much, LA gives up too much, not sure if Drouin or Petry are the best fits with the teams you sent them to

All of them except maybe Boston because it's an inconsequential trade

Actually neither has been in that spot since woody took over coaching. Nuge has been 3c which is better choice than Dvorak. Don’t get me wrong he’s a good player like him just don’t see Edmonton having any need for could easily consider Edmonton the deepest team in the league at centre.

3C in Edmonton is Ryan... Nugent-Hopkins.

Caps fans are saying samsonovs value is a 2nd. So my thought process is
    Allen for Samsonov
Hoffman for Iorio (since Hoffman is worth a 2ns, ioroi is worth a 2nd)
    Schultz = Wideman
Caps fans have told me Schultz gets 4th / 5th, same goes for Wideman, so it's fair, to balance the cap space.

Obviously but I thought maybe nugent would play on the wing, and dvo could slot in 3 C

That is the price for Lehky. It's not alot lundqvist (worth a 1st)
    Kravtsov (worth a 2nd)
And habs give a 3rd, so it balances

some of these trades are definitly possible ( perreault, kulak, chiarot, even the drouin one). But your trades are more '' possible'' than realistic. From one habs fan to another, you might want to lower a bit your expectations, or you might have a pretty bad day on march first.

You can argue, Edmonton gives alot, but that's what you'd have to pay for dvorak, maybe Habs hang on with him till next year

I don’t think Hoffman is worth a 2nd at this point in time. And I’d say Samsonov is worth more than Allen, mainly because he’s a young goalie still

All caps fans have said his value is around a 2nd, and allen is a 2nd + 3rd / 4th, so it makes sense.
Hoffman is worth a 2nd, just look at his stats, and on a good team and a good line with a playmaker and a defensive guy, (think Dickinson + hoglander) Hoffman would thrive, you just have to find the right spot

No, if you watch kulak you'd realize he's really improved under st louis, and he's worth a 3rd, but I could say a 4th, but I think he'll fetch a 3rd
