As they got Marner, Nylander, Kase and Ho-Sang could be signed next season

What Toronto should be eyeing is a top 6 LW with some bite to his game or a #1 Goalie.

wasnt there a rumor that the leafs wanted to move tavares to wing and marner to center.

Yeah but I feel that was people just spit balling ideas. I dont mind Tavares on the wing but Marner at center at this point idk maybe you try it for a game

I got a feeling what the plan is for Tavares is to give him some you guys to play with. Would not be surprised if next season our second line is Robertson-Tavares-Ho-Sang as it seems rookies bring out the best in him.

If they do decide to move him to wing I think it depends on the the buyout or non qualified market. As if he does get bought out then Tavares-Monahan-Kase could be a thing or Tavares-Strome-Kase

Nah, Holl for JP so Holland can complete the right side of the 19-20 Leafs that he so clearly covets.

The first line mentioned is usually used right after the Leafs kill a penalty or in the final min of a period

Could be worth a try but I feel we could see scoring depth issues become more prevalent.

I feel the second line though is a massive gamble as Marner has not played center since 2015. Now there is a chance we see what happened with Thompson happen where Marner's game becomes even better but some could argue its a bit risky.

To me I think Dubas will trade for a LW with some bite to his game. Keep an eye on Crouse and Trenin

He’s one of my top targets for the isles , but I see it more likely the Panthers or Hurricanes acquire him.

I would do that if Puli was a LW. As it, I’m on the fence. Puli obviously has a lot of potential so I’d probably do it.
