Ovechkin isn't one dimensional like Laine. He's still a great passer and he can drive a line

He doesn’t drive the play like he used to but he makes up for it with laying the body,

How did any team with $5M in space not beat this offer? Also, over the last 3 years, Oliver Bjorkstrand has more goals than Patrik Laine and cost significantly less. Plus much much better defensively. First Gudbranson now this, tough summer for CLB even with Gaudreau.
