San Jose - EDM - Kane is officially over unless I’m reading into things wrong, the cap hit will be applied retroactively, as a one time hit; to the Sharks cap last season. Kane gets his money, but the Sharks don’t see any further repercussions.

Looks like Detroit is starting Sebastian Cossa in net here. Intriguing, I haven't seen much film of him, i hope this isn't a disaster offensively.

Not only on a bad deal but cant even be a captain

Whats left for him is a 3rd line spot with Lowry who will make him the next Skinner before the Thompson expansion

If pinto puts up 40-45 pts this season as the 3C playing PP2, I think the sens will look to get him on a 3.85-4.25 x 5-6 year contract. If he gets a 2 year bridge and even hits 50-55 pts 1 time in that two year span , hell be looking for 6 mill + on a long term deal.

Yeah you’re right about that. Idk if he gets 40+ this year but it’s possible .

Very solid Ds here, Bahl and Okhotiuk will give Brendan Smith some serious competition for 3LHD.
Walsh and Nemec are of course very exciting to.
3rd pair has a fair bit AHL experience also.
