In general unless Winnipeg was offering Hellybuyck, NYI were like **** it blow it up and rebuild so we could get Sorokin there wasnt really an upgrade

As even if Toronto got Gibson would he have done any better no idea

Its basically hit, miss, or just stay the same

Husso is a gamble like all the others and while he did get a shutout his first game I want to see more. As in game 2 he could get lit up like a Christmas tree. Its basic

Cause like Campbell he really hasnt been a starter for long and so there is risk to giving that money and term.

True, too early to tell. But atleast I think he doesn't have much off an injury history.

True but its a wait and see with Murray. As this could be the only one he has for the entire season or he gets bulldozed and has a concussion

Either way its just a hope and a prayer we dont see any more for a while. But either way it gives Sammy a chance to prove hes the #1 and for us having a 25 year old starter aint a bad thing. Especially if he can keep this up

I liked the Sammy pick up. Especially at that prize. It might end up being a real steal.

four games in and whatnot but the leafs have trailed at some point in all of the games they've played this season. same problems with getting quality shots on the net as last year. matthews line has been fairly sluggish.

not the best start to the season, again.

Why does Toronto only want to play well against strong teams

Like do they not want easy points....

Cause man against teams like Tampa, Boston, Carolina, Edmonton they look great

Against bottom feeders alright we will put only 10% of our effort into this game and leave the goalie to dry and maybe we get a point if were lucky

Its a weird philosophy the players go by as 100% its not Keefe putting that into their heads. As man hes already looking like he wants to bench the team

Rielly has to touch/ control the puck. It’s been a rule for ever, regular play then happens every night.

Whoever’s hand/ catches the puck has to be the same person to control the puck immediately after.
