- VAN will want better players
- DET laughs in ur face. Don’t know when Rangers fans will realize Trouba isn’t good and doesn’t have positive value with that contract
- Rangers don’t do that

Canucks pass. The 1st is a good start, no need for would be 4th liners/scratches Blais and Kravtsov

Van- Pure rental
Det- Sending Trouba home. They can afford him. He has some term and they need D. Larkin Pending UFA. Trouba a physical presence but overpaid/overrated I agree.
Cal- only doing this deal after Detroit one goes through.

Agreed but coming home is not an Yzerman thing and why do you think they need defense? Sieder with Charoit has been ok, but Hronek with Maata has been a very good tandem so where does Trouba play?

Yes Larkin is a pending UFA but a. If we can afford him how does Rangers afford him? Second, if and if Larkin is traded they will get better than Trouba and that horrible deal.

All due respect he absolutely is. Our current top 9 wingers are Kuzmenko, Mikheyev, Miller, Boeser, Garland, and Hoglander. We also have Podkolzin and Pearson. The only one he might be better than is Pearson

Wings are one of few teams who are pretty solid at RHD....besides they can spend 8m better than Trouba.
Just what the Flames another long term aging contact. Beside Trochedk doesn't waive his NMC.

Yeah but with Seider and the way Hronek has been playing I can't see Detroit giving up much to get him. Neither Hronek or Trouba would be happy in the 3rd pair for long. You'd pretty much have to move Hronek who is currently playing better than Trouba and is about 4yrs younger.

Yeah you're right it doesn't make much sense but I just like the player. Plus I think trouba and edvinsson would be a nice pair.
