Everyone's gonna say Carolina, but that's not the right answer.

If they were healthy they are the clear favorites. Thanks a lot PNC arena ice

I think there was a typo in the script 😢
Boston was supposed to move on to the 2nd round, and Toronto was supposed to blow a 3- 1 series lead.

Honestly if a team that barely squeaked into the playoffs can beat the best regular season team of all time, who says Carolina can’t win the cup without Svechnikov or Meier (aka Mr. 0 points in 6 playoff games)

If they don’t have to play Colorado in round 2, they’re locks for the conference finals

Seattle has scored first in all 7 games this series. That's got to be a record.

The Atlantic could be wide open next year

BOS spent a lot of picks at the deadline and their prospect pool was ranked 30th by the Athletic. They’ll also be hit with a $4.5M bonus overage from the Bergeron and Krejci contracts next season.

Nah, Toronto, Tampa, Boston, Florida, Detroit, Buffalo, Ottawa, and possibly Montreal will all be looking for playoff spots.
2,3, or 4 good teams will miss,

Didn't realize Chevy's Jets have only won 3 playoff series in his 13 years at the helm. I think even Arizona has done that much.
Aside from the obvious Toronto situation, how many other teams have 3 or less series wins since Chevy became GM of Winnipeg?

On a separate note, hope is still alive for a Canadian final.
Edmonton vs. Toronto, let's go!

Columbus who has just one in their entire history and Minnesota who hasn’t won one since 2015

The main cause is that they can’t get free agents and when they do end up with any star player, they just leave when their contact expires

If they get Dubois and a legit goalie, they can be good.

It never ceases to amaze me how big of homer hacks the Avs announcers are. Holy crap.

Honestly a lot are like that.
One guy should do nothing but play by play.
The other should do nothing but provide additional information such as stats and rules to explain what is happening during breaks in action.
Broadcast teams that have announcers complaining about calls or voicing their opinions, can be pretty grating to listen to. I switch feeds if they get like that.

Nobody is like these guys. I'm not sure I;ve ever heard a broadcast team this hacky before. The color guy finds a way to twist every single little incident, it's cartoonish.
