Love "Rather trade for Konecny" but I'm not including Wallinder.

These are fine value wise, but the teams might be off. Everyone will say overpay because they think flyers players are worth nothing then are shocked when they go for way more than everyone expects

Wallinder isn't getting moved for Konecny, Wallinder is a top 4 offensive LHD Just take out Detroit's 2nd for Vancouvers 2nd and it's much closer.

That is close to what San Jose got for Timo Meier…can’t see how Hart comes close to that.

I see a need on the Sabres for a 200 foot third line center. Is Laughton playing center or wing? Also, our gm traded for Greenway at the request of the coach, and he paid a 2nd to do it. He's not trading Greenway, and he's certainly not paying to get rid of him.

Continues to amaze me on here how some think Marcus foligno is a cap dump, and he's not! Minnesota doesn't need to dump Marcus foligno! Reports are Bill Guerin has no interest in trading him either. Alot of teams would want him if he was available, just like how Minnesota got a 2nd round pick for Greenway

No, you're just the biggest flyers homer on here.

Nah just do my research. Everyone laughed at me when I said Provy would get a 1st and a 2nd and look what happened.

If you did your research you'd know that Fletcher isn't the GM of every other team in the league. These trades are brutal.

In regards to the Buffalo trade. Greenway isn't a cap dump, Buffalo didn't trade for him to play him for 17 games and dump him, he was traded for because Granato felt he could get more out of him. The Sabres also don't have cap issues. Laughton is a decent player, but he doesn't produce like a top 6 player despite playing top 6 minutes. He played over 18 minutes a game and was barely above .5 points/game. He had similar production to Victor Olofsson who played 4 minutes less per game.

While some more mobility on the back-end would be welcome, I feel Seattle would have minimal interest in DeAngelo for all the reasons I'm sure Philly is aware of or has heard before. Next season, i see the Kraken will count on Dunn, Schultz, and give Evans a taste, IMO.

You can say whatever you want to me, I don’t really care what you say lol. Everyone laughed when I told them how much Provy would get. And everyone keeps laughing now and magically doesn’t mention how wrong they were about Provy.

There are over pays that happen every year. And congrats that your over valuation worked for one trade!
But now take the outlier out of the pool, and you'll be left with the average.
Flyers are in spot where they are going to be doing a lot of deals to secure a new core. Some trades will be over value (prov) and some will be under, and some will be right at market value.
You can always shoot for the moon, but let's temper expectations and be reasonable when 30 other fan bases are telling you that you are asking too much. You can't always come back and say we'll prov got 2 1sts!

I don't think DeAngelo gets a look from Seattle due to all of his past issues off the ice prior to him being in Philly. Culturally he's a terrible fit for Seattle as a city and a club regardless of whatever he's done to rehabilitate himself for prior discrections. The guys a POS at the end of the day, and Seattle management would look for other options before considering his talents on the ice.

There is a reason he is on a new team every year!
