Analysts are so coked up about the rough and tough hockey in the playoffs that you end up with Chairot making meaningless neutral zone hits on star players and taking them out of the postseason entirely.

You want the game to grow? Stop rewarding fourth line plugs for stupid **** in key games. Stop rewarding dull play. People aren't watching that Florida/Tampa game because Ross Colton and Ryan Lomberg are playing. They're watching it because a lot of talented players are racking up the score.
