You CANNOT, under any circumstances, take a penalty with under 5 minutes left in a 1-1 game.

Like I get it he had a good year but a 2nd. Even teams who have loads of seconds should stay clear. Just use that 2nd to draft someone rather than use it on a 22 year old who projects to be a 4c for a while
