Detroit says a very quick no, though I'm guessing this is from an NHL20 be a GM? So honestly, you could probably do better on that game.

Most of those trades are a joke, Fat chance of Parise waiving his NMC for Ottawa or Suter waiving his NMC for LA. And that garbage doesn't get you Sean Monahan either.

How about:
McDavid and Draisaitel

for

McCabe, Pateryn and a 2022 6th round pick?

Even if Parise would waive, Ottawa would have NO interest in this deal. Although if OTT could throw in the DAL 2020 2nd get you to take Zaitsev then there might be a conversation, otherwise we're just crushing our own rebuild.

Yeah not much to say. A rebuilding team trades 2 2nd for a couple of 32yr olds who's best days are well behind them.

Maybe, but at least they still produce better than 3/4 of the league. So there's that.

It appears on Capfriendly people think, hey Wings are bad so let's dump bloated cap players who have no real value or diminishing value and we can get their young players and high draft picks. Sure that is the ticket.

Please stop. Cap space will be a t premium and temss like Jersey, Ottawa and Wings will exact the most they can get to help teams like Tampa, Toronto, St. Louis, Vegas, Arizona and Vancouver to get their cap hose in order. If these teams do not want to give up Picks An d Prospects, good or top level prospect, then good luck fielding a team. Teams like Boston, Washington and Colorado will take home the cup.

I had trouble figuring out which trade was the worst.

Gimme the Meier one though. Monahan with 2M regained is tempting though!

Meier and Kane are staying in SJ. I am a big Foligno fan but trading a 30 goal scorer for a 3rd line grinder isn't exactly intelligent.

I feel like it is a perfectly acceptable AND realistic approach. Also, great kudos to you for realizing COL is a Cup favorite.

Quick reminder that DET has Tyler B*rtuzzi on the top line.

Yeah, we quite like him and the MLB line was one of the bright spots for Detroit. He is definitely a factor in our top 6 going forward, especially if he continues to improve. The guy isn't his uncle, and IMO doesn't deserve to be tarred with the same brush.

Doug Wilson would be fired if he accepted that Meir trade!!!
Both those sharks trade are HARD no! Top power forward in the league and best young power forward for a few pick and junk lol no

That is true but do think either of those guys will still be playing in 4 to 5 years. If the lottery draft been different maybe Yzerman trades one those of 2nds but not now.

Kings don’t want Suter anyways. Doesn’t fit the timeline
