Yea, its a win win either way for yall, I think the sabres put in a decent effort but they where purely outclasses. Some of the young guns looked a little star struck. Mattias Samuelsson, never gets beat ever, got beat multiple times early by Draisaitl and McDavid, seemed to get a little 2 excited and moved in. theYamamoto and Mcdavid line looked great. Think the oilders need to add but they are definitely close to contention or could maybe make a surprise run this year. Another note to add, Dahlin vs Nurse was a fun matchup in the first.

A few teams continue to digest a steep asking price for Hampus Lindholm. There’s always wiggle room, but the current ask is a 1st, a 3rd and a top prospect. Likely some spin off from the Chiarot trade to Florida.

Look, Lindhom's not bad, but this is WAY too high of an asking price. Teams would be wrong to give this up for Lindholm to begin with, and would have to be NUTS to do it for a 2 month rental.

Depends what "top prospect" implies. That's a rather loose definition. Also depends on an extension.
It could be the equivalent of a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or two 1sts and a 3rd, and that's the "asking price", so it could come in a little lower.

I'd say it's at least in range of value for a good 2/3D with an extension. A 25th OA or later pick, your 5th best organizational prospect, and a 3rd, isn't really crazy.
If it's your #1 organizational prospect, that's probably too much.
