dont like it. its already that 50% of the league gets in, dont want more. 16 is the perfect amount.

K so what happens if vegas can't be cap compliant? What's the consequences of being over the cap?

I don't think he's going to play a single game with Vegas anymore.

He'll report to Henderson or his contract gets terminated.

They'll probably have to run a 16 man roster in games or something like that, as long as its under the cap.

Or they have to waive enough players to become cap compliant.

vegas can still make trades, the problem is anyone they acquire isnt eligible for playoffs.

The black is fine don't love don't hate. The yellow at first glance is ok. Will wait to see them on the ice cause I didn't love the Arena T's but on the ice they looked pretty sick

Yeah, but they're ****ed when Stone + everyone else comes back. They aren't legally allowed to keep them on IR if they're healthy

They can actually still trade players today but those players won’t be able to play any regular or playoff games

Tough sell for the player and acquiring team

I honestly think that with the Dadonov situation if there's no one clearly at fault for it, but rather we have several misunderstandings piling on top of each other, NHL should just allow VGK to trade Dadonov to a team where he accepts to get moved in the manner where he CAN play for the team this season, despite the deadline closing yesterday.

All participants are winning. VGK clears the cap they need to, ANA doesn't have to take a player in who doesn't want to play there and Dadonov gets to play.

Win win solution imo.
